Bounding Box is expecting Prodeus to remain in Early Access for the next eight to 12 months. In early August, another old-school shooter was released – Hellbound. It has garnered quite a few positive reviews on Steam. You can pick up an Early Access copy of Prodeus on Steam or the Humble Store for 24.99 / £19.49. The “powerful and intuitive” level editor can be launched directly from the main menu. The game will be released in English only. At the start, the project will not include a network component and support for user-generated content, but the developers promise to release updates for the shooter for a long time. Prodeus is the first person shooter that brings back the unrelenting combat and over-the-top graphical style of classic FPS games. The shooter will require 4 GB of free hard disk space. The recommended requirements specify an 8-core processor with a clock speed of 3 GHz, 6 GB of RAM, and an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 or AMD Radeon RX 560 graphics card. Proteus will run on systems with a 4-core processor with a clock speed of at least 2 GHz, at least 2 GB of RAM and a video card of the level of NVIDIA GeForce GTX 580 and AMD Radeon HD 7870.
